About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team as a key member of the Collaborative Care Program for Mental Health. As a clinical supervisor, you will oversee a team of behavioral health specialists and provide training on therapy modalities. This is a part-time Monday through Friday role with 21 hours per week, split between administrative and clinical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of behavioral health specialists in evidence-based therapy models
- Deliver direct care to patients in the program, including short-term, solution-focused treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes and coordinate patient care
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to program-specific workflows
- Participate in case conferences, clinical rounds, and other meetings to address patient management and care coordination
Requirements and Qualifications
- Doctorate related to program field (PsyD or PhD)
- Active California License as a Licensed Doctor of Psychology
- Minimum three years' experience in supervising healthcare professionals and providing clinical support
- Minimum three years' experience working consultatively and developing evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Demonstrated commitment to value-based medicine and collaboration in an interdisciplinary team setting

Earn $105,000-$140,000 Annually
