As a key member of our multifamily housing team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to elevate multifamily housing by developing and operating market-rate and affordable apartments in growing neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales: Actively solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals of the property, ensuring that prospective residents are reached through effective marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Property Tours: Lead property tours for prospective residents, showcasing the amenities and features of our properties.
  • Rent Collection and Management: Lead rent collection efforts, including delinquent resident management and lease termination as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the property's budget, making sound financial decisions to increase net operating income.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate resident ledgers and files, inspect units during move-in and move-outs, and coordinate community events.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3+ years leasing and/or sales experience, with a focus on affordable housing procedures.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge of internet and email marketing.
  • Personal Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
