Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Development Specialist to join our team at Daybreak Health. This role is responsible for building community awareness around our therapeutic program, expanding use of our referral system, and increasing student access.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach: Visit with designated schools across the district to develop, sustain, and grow relationships with site administrators, social workers, wellness coaches, counselors, educators, parent liaisons, and more.
  • Referral Growth: Help school staff, community partners, families, and students understand the value of our program and easily refer students to care.
  • Planning and Documentation: Complete documentation within 48 hours, consistent planning, tracking, and documenting of activities, and weekly meetings with site-based teams, enrollment leads, and others.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of building referral bases and relationships, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment. A current driver's license, proof of acceptable automobile insurance coverage, and reliable transportation are also required.

Work Environment

This position will require up to four days per week working in the community. The remainder of the work week will be a remotely based home office environment. Team members may work with their managers to adjust work hours to suit the needs of the position.
