Direct Care Staff NOC Shift Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Direct Care Staff NOC Shift to join our team at Elderly and Disabled Services. As a key member of our residential treatment team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to clients in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
  • Assist with daily operations, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation
  • Collaborate with the clinical treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Compensation Package:

  • $22.40 estimated annual salary ($19.00 per hour + $3.00 differential for NOC and weekends)
  • Paid sick time

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Oregon driver's license (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Mental health, addictions, caregiving, or medication administration experience (desired)
