Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate all elements of starts and permitting for new residential construction projects.
2. Manage financial documentation, including processing invoices and overseeing purchase orders to ensure efficient project funding.
3. Collaborate with the sales department to guarantee accurate pricing and cost assessments.
4. Utilize industry-standard construction software such as Build Pro, New Star, Brix, and JD Edwards for effective project management and reporting.
5. Conduct takeoffs and develop fence diagrams as part of the project planning process.
