As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing and executing design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and within budget.
  • Partner closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are a success.
  • Scope design projects, conduct design handoff meetings, and stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases.
  • Successfully execute design projects, manage installation crews, and complete installations within the allotted time frame.
  • Record and photograph project inventory, create invoices, and support the sale of Vesta Inventory from staged homes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the interior design field, with a focus on luxury home staging.
  • Experience managing a home installation or construction crew, with a strong understanding of Vesta's online reservation system.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
