  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and HVAC work.

  • Project Management: Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

  • Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, a strong mechanical acumen, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in facilities management and leadership.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong mechanical acumen, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
  • Certifications and Training: OSHA training certificate and certification in HVAC are a plus.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
