About This Role

This Senior GIS Developer position is a critical part of our team's success. You will work closely with other departments to maintain and improve our enterprise GIS capability, supporting numerous programs/projects across the Nuclear Security Enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new GIS solutions using structured software development methodologies and standard programming languages.
  • Maintaining existing GIS databases, data models, and applications, staying up-to-date with application and process changes.
  • Collecting, documenting, inputting, verifying, and tracking GIS data and products.
  • Preparing and reviewing GIS data reports, and developing system, application, and training documents.
