Position Overview: The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a dedicated full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator. This role offers the opportunity to engage at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or up to Associate Professor, depending on qualifications and experience.

Clinical Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide care at our advanced academic medical centers, including a Level IV NICU and a Level III NICU. Responsibilities will encompass attending high-risk deliveries and overseeing the treatment of critically ill newborns.

Academic Engagement: The role also includes significant academic duties such as involvement in education, clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of a specialized area of expertise. Opportunities for administrative roles are available if desired.

Qualifications: Candidates must be Board-certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. The initial academic appointment will be determined based on experience and academic accomplishments, with a competitive salary structure.
