Position Overview: We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team at Snap Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and implement machine learning models to enhance identity verification and advertising attribution.
  • Design models that generate significant value for users, advertisers, and the organization.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to align machine learning initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning and apply these insights to solve complex challenges creatively.
  • Conduct code evaluations to maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Create robust, scalable, and sustainable products.
  • Adapt quickly while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning methodologies and algorithms.
  • Strong foundation in computer science principles.
  • Proficient in unsupervised learning techniques for unlabelled datasets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adept at addressing open-ended and ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of professional experience in machine learning.
  • Experience in developing and applying machine learning models in areas such as advertising attribution, identity verification, measurement, or privacy-preserving machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe2, PyTorch, Spark ML, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience in machine learning infrastructure and systems.
