Job Title: AI Engineer - NLP/LLM Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that drives cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Oversee the development and fine-tuning of large-scale neural network models, with a focus on language models that push the boundaries of machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and align the large language model goals with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Stay at the forefront of the latest developments in machine learning, particularly in LLMs, and apply this knowledge to drive advancements in our projects, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient machine learning solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of production software engineering experience, with a strong background in machine learning and AI.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Manager, preferably in LLMs or related fields, with a track record of success.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • ML experience as an ML engineer, Data Scientist, or another similar role, with a strong background in data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, or tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Experience building large-scale data processing pipelines, with tools like PySpark, Beam, or Flink, with a focus on high-performance and reliability.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 annually
