Qualifications and Requirements
All applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.
Include copies of ALL transcripts indicating a BA Degree (foreign transcripts must be evaluated for US equivalency by a CTC approved agency).
FULLY CREDENTIALED TEACHERS are required to provide:
- A screenshot, scan, or photo of their CTC credential.
Single Subject:
Physical Education and EL authorization (i.e., CLAD, ELA1, ELAE, ELAM, ELAS, etc.);
- INTERN ELIGIBLE TEACHERS must submit a letter of appeasement or a letter of intern eligibility from their university.
Additional Information
The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is located within Alameda County. The district is part of the Bay Area, positioned Southeast of a major metropolitan area and near a technology hub.
The following hiring procedures will be implemented:
- Hiring personnel will review applications from candidates who possess the appropriate credentials for the position.
- Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.
- Hiring staff will recommend candidates to Human Resources.
- Human Resources will extend contract offers after reviewing qualifications.
- Selected applicants will complete employment paperwork and sign contracts with Human Resources.
