At Unitek Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training to our students. As a BSN Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum
  • Prepare and administer exams, and provide feedback to students
  • Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives
  • Plan and implement orientation for new faculty
  • Utilize adult learning principles to enhance teaching and learning
  • Maintain student records and submit reports in a timely manner
  • Participate in committee activities and attend faculty meetings
  • Plan and supervise student clinical experiences
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Qualifications:
  • Valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing
  • Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least four years' experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
  • A year of clinical experience within the last five years
