At Unitek Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training to our students. As a BSN Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum
- Prepare and administer exams, and provide feedback to students
- Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives
- Plan and implement orientation for new faculty
- Utilize adult learning principles to enhance teaching and learning
- Maintain student records and submit reports in a timely manner
- Participate in committee activities and attend faculty meetings
- Plan and supervise student clinical experiences
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing
- Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university
- At least four years' experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
- A year of clinical experience within the last five years
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $110,000
