Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, labs, and clinical experiences that promote student learning and engagement.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of our nursing program.
- A valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.
- A Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least four years' experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
- A year of clinical experience within the last five years.
- Expertise in one of the following areas of nursing: Med/Surg.
