Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team at 35 North. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising subcontractors and laborers.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for construction activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality construction standards and compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and workers to ensure project progress and address any challenges or issues.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working on regulated industries and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
