Job Title: Superintendent

Omega Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project coordination and supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • 8+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project coordination and supervision.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Asana.
