Job Title: Director of Imaging Operations

At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of medical imaging. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Imaging Operations to lead our radiology department and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the operational leadership of radiology imaging services, including X-ray, CT, MRI, US, NM, and other modalities.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives to ensure departmental success and alignment with our mission and values.
  • Lead the operational day-to-day processes and protocols, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage personnel, prepare and monitor operating budgets, and oversee regulatory compliance and accreditation.
  • Collaborate with other hospital directors in strategic partnerships to drive utilization management, access strategy, payor relations, supply chain, quality, financial management, and patient and physician relations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Imaging Services leadership experience with proven success in multi-site operations.
  • One Imaging Modality licensure by the state of Ohio (ODH) and/or ARDMS certification.
  • Certified Radiology Administrators (CRA) or Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an ARRT-accredited institute.
