Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality work meets project schedule and exceeds client expectations
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction
  • Verify safety compliance and implement best practices
  • Lead contractor meetings and facilitate effective communication
  • Manage project schedule and coordinate logistics
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders
  • Coordinate jobsite operations and oversee project quality
  • Provide training opportunities and support team development

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience as a construction superintendent with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • OSHA 30 hour certified and knowledgeable about construction safety processes
  • Ability to create a safety-first environment and promote a culture of excellence
