Salary:
$120,000 - $165,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute tax strategies that enhance the company's tax efficiency and reduce liabilities.
2. Stay informed on tax legislation and regulations, providing relevant updates to the organization.
3. Lead a team focused on tax compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and regulatory submissions.
4. Oversee tax audits and address inquiries from tax authorities.
5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external advisors, including tax consultants and auditors.
6. Contribute as a tax subject matter expert in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA or Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant tax experience, with an emphasis on compliance.
- Strong technical expertise in tax laws and regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in tax planning and strategy development is advantageous.
