We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing Float Pool at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our Med/Surg units as needed.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
- Participate in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention program.
- $3.50/hour Resource Team differential.
- Great shift differentials ($2.50/hour for evenings; $7.00/hour for nights).
- Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Paid Time Off.

Requirements- Current Washington or Multistate license required by date of hire.
- American Heart Association/American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
- 1 year of acute RN experience required unless job is designated for the New Grad Residency Program.
- ACLS & NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
