Medical Surgical Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Float Pool Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
Job Summary
- Patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans
- Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provision of education and support to patients and families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $98,000 - $132,000, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and much more.
