**Overview:**

We are looking for a Warehouse Compliance Manager with expertise in OSHA and Fire Protection (NFPA) to oversee the safety and compliance of our warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Risk Assessments:** Perform risk assessments of warehouse setups, providing training to staff on safety protocols and procedures.
  • **Collaboration:** Collaborate with management to improve safety performance, investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • **Regulatory Updates:** Stay updated on OSHA regulations and industry best practices, implementing changes as necessary.
  • **Compliance Programs:** Assist in implementing other compliance programs as needed, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO and CTPAT standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
