Salary Range: $55,000 - $63,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and bilingual capacity.

Job Description
The successful Program Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of theater programs, collaborating with teachers and artists to create engaging experiences for middle school participants. Key responsibilities include:
  • Directing theater activities with middle school youth
  • Oversight of grant-funded components, including data entry and outcome evaluation
  • Participating in annual events and productions, including an original improvisational musical and multicultural children's theater

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and experience leading activity-based groups of youth. Bilingual Spanish/English or Mandarin/English is preferred.
