Job Summary

This is a regular part-time position with the Center For Family Life in Sunset Park Inc. The hourly rate is $18-20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with students, parents, and staff.

The Program Coordinator will support and coordinate data entry, accurate enrollment, and daily attendance recording in a complex attendance system of about 700 participants for a community-based after-school setting and summer day program. Key responsibilities include maintaining daily and monthly attendance records, establishing and revising record keeping and filing systems, making absentee/late follow-up calls, and contributing to parent engagement events.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma, at least one year of experience working in a fast-paced environment, and excellent verbal and writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and computer literacy are required. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
