Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and situations effectively.
  • Fulfill state-specific qualifications for the position or show willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or readiness to acquire them.
  • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and working in various environments.
  • Able to adopt postures at low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children, and to engage in physical activities with them.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
