We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chesterfield. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay with us.
Job Summary
This is a part-time weekend position available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 20-30 pounds, have a positive attitude with a guest service focus, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, including changing bed linens and disinfecting surfaces.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety protocols and blood-borne pathogen procedures.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds.
- Positive attitude with a guest service focus.
