As a Sales Lead Generator, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up
  • Work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
  • Utilize sales experience and an outgoing personality to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Put in extra hours and weekends when needed
