At Hire Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Paramedic to join our team. As a Community Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing in-home assessment and treatment of patients enrolled in our Wellbe Programs.

About the Role:

The Community Paramedic will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality patient care in accordance with clinical operating policies, statewide protocols, and accepted standards of care
  • Attending to all patients in a courteous, professional manner
  • Participating in discharge planning of Wellbe patients
  • Completing initial in-home assessments and on-going home visits as appropriate for all patients enrolled in the program
  • Ensuring deployed Wellbe devices are tracked and in good working order at all times
  • Utilizing a Home Safety Checklist prior to patient care and reporting the form to the Division Manager
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fully state certified as a Paramedic as defined by the State of Utah
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • 3 years minimum of experience as a Paramedic
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care planning team
