Commission Manager

As a Commissions Manager at Professional Recruiters, you will oversee the commission team and ensure the accuracy of commission payments. You will be responsible for monitoring global compensation plan performance, researching and resolving complex compensation plan challenges, and partnering with cross-functional team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the commission team to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
- Oversee commission functions, including commission calculations, auditing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Research and resolve commission and payment questions in a timely manner.
- Develop strategies to identify efficiencies in analysis and payment processing.
- Ensure the accuracy of system results and prepare documentation for SOX compliance.
- Track and report trends and anomalies in commission performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the commission plan and its impact on the business.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing end-to-end commission and payment processes required.
- Database and SQL skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills required.
- Experience with commissions systems a plus.

- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and company contacts.
- Competent computer skills to perform essential functions.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform duties with little supervision.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects.
- Results-driven, high-energy professional with a strong work ethic and great leadership skills.
- Ability to work well with others, especially in stressful situations.
