Job Overview:

Hannah's Children's Homes is a foster care and adoption agency that provides transitional foster care and intensive services foster care. We are seeking a Case Management Director to lead our case management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the work of case managers performing complex casework assignments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective case management services.
  • Represent the agency at conferences and meetings to promote best practices in case management.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in social work or a related field and at least three years of experience in case management, supervision, and policy development. Experience with ORR is highly preferred.

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
