As a Claims Production Manager at Intermountain Healthcare, you will lead a team of highly engaged caregivers who are focused on lowering the cost of healthcare and improving the patient billing experience through accurate and efficient professional claims management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, strategy, and direction for day-to-day system-wide claims production processes for assigned specialties.

- Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
- Leadership experience
- CPT and ICD coding, professional claims management, payer knowledge, and clinic operations experience.
- CPC or CPMA coding certification, or equivalent.
- Training in continuous improvement theory and application.
