With a lower patient panel size and longer duration patient visits, you can deliver patient-centered care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks. The role also includes patient navigation, helping guide patients through the complexities of their healthcare journey.

Requirements:
  • Certification: Must be Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Licensure: Current and valid New Hampshire NP or PA license required
  • BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification is required
