Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Type: Contract to Hire

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to assess and meet business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, testing, implementation, and development.
  • Develop and own solutions through project or development lifecycles.
  • Mentor and conduct technical design and code reviews.
  • Design and implement internal and external integrations and reports using HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
  • Work with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to develop application security solutions that meet technology and business requirements.
  • Prioritize opportunities to improve processes for application development and reporting functions.
  • Perform data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environment issues.
  • Apply organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Minimum 4 years of technical and development experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) HR modules.
  • Hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, value sets, and value sets.
  • Hands-on experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Experience with Visual Builder and Page composer tools.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the project team.
  • Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities.
