Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years in Product Support, Business Analysis, or Technical Analysis.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with LoanIQ.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiarity with programming methodologies is advantageous.
- Prior experience in application support is preferred.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to deliver technical assistance and direction to users and stakeholders utilizing the LoanIQ platform.
Diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to the LoanIQ system.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting processes and maintenance protocols for future reference and knowledge sharing.
