**Job Description**
This Full-time position supports the Plano East location, with no weekends, call or major holidays. As a Registered Nurse Senior (RN) in our team, you will provide professional nursing care for patients under minimal supervision, adhering to national and company standards. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and therapeutic management of patient/family needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess health status by interviewing patients regarding current status and medical history.
- Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
- Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
**Required Qualifications**
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
- RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Five years nursing experience.
