Responsibilities:

  1. Compounds and dispenses medications according to professional standards and practices.
  2. Maintains accurate records of prescriptions, patient charges, and inventory.
  3. Consults with nursing and medical staff regarding prescriptions, orders, and patient reactions.
  4. Initiates and follows quality assurance and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and state licensure.
  • A minimum three years of experience as a registered pharmacist.
  • An oncology background is preferred.
