Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and experience to patients in a med surg setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Salary and Benefits
The pay package for this position is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $100-$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
