Position Overview


The Seasonal Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. This position involves engaging with fans, maintaining retail standards, and supporting back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless shopping environment.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to achieve sales goals.

This role requires a part-time commitment, which may include working during evenings and weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them in having a pleasant shopping experience
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours during events
  • Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to acquire product knowledge of Team/League inventory
  • Work effectively as part of a team in dynamic environments
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move around the facility
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Game day responsibilities may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
