Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software from different providers and troubleshoot issues.
  • Design and develop automated test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Conduct performance analysis, risk analysis, and trade studies to inform system design and testing.
  • Define and conduct system integration tests, including data generation, configuration settings, and test execution.
  • Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in System Integration and Test, including defining and conducting integration scope, generating test data, and communicating test results.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, such as Zephyr, Python, or other Automated Testing Software.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Systems Engineering experience on a large government program, with preference for ground systems solutions programs.
  • Experience with pipeline development and maintenance, and associated tools (Jenkins/bitbucket/gitlab).
  • Expertise with troubleshooting complex S/W systems and develop issue closure plans with coordinated solutions across internal teams and external stakeholders.
