Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge on Fabletics products and services to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Train and develop sales associates to meet performance expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain store merchandising standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, inventory management, and sales trends to provide valuable insights to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and nutrition, to effectively engage with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure, with a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
