Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex IT systems, integrating various components effectively.
  • Develop problem statements and define operational requirements, including system integration.
  • Conduct research and model system architecture, perform cost analysis, and make informed decisions.
  • Translate requirements into comprehensive systems solutions, considering technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Perform functional analysis and requirements allocation to create detailed hardware and software specifications.
  • Provide insights for selecting implementation techniques and tools that align with business needs.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, engaging with vendors to enhance IT capabilities.
  • Assist in planning architectural objectives and support acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance and interoperability.
  • Facilitate technology demonstrations and maintain the Technology Roadmap.
  • Develop test plans and conduct integration testing to certify solutions for production.
  • Support operational teams with troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Create engineering plans, estimates, and configuration documents to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
