We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Development Engineer to join our product development team in a dynamic and innovative environment.

This team designs and builds cutting-edge medical devices, including Air Particle Counters, Cell Counters, Centrifuges, and Liquid Particle Counters, and associated software for medical research and laboratory work.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work on a project that matches your area of interest while collaborating closely with talented and experienced engineers.

The results of your work will contribute directly to our products or processes, providing improvements to health and medicine around the globe.


Responsibilities:

  • Work on a project under the direction of a mentor and in collaboration with other highly talented software engineers.
  • Document your findings and present your work to the entire team at the end of the project.
  • Because we develop medical devices, projects requiring hardware will require on-site work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and domains.
  • Desire to make software that delights users.
  • Outstanding documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest or experience in the life sciences domain.
  • Experience with revision control systems such as git.
