Healthcare Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:
The RN MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating care plans in compliance with regulatory requirements. This involves ensuring that patients have access to necessary resources and that care is provided effectively and satisfactorily.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, other departments, and outside agencies. The RN MDS Coordinator must also maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
