Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Anaheim Precision Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a proven track record of success in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top performers
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Source and screen candidates, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
