About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Worldmark South Shore Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, maintaining high standards of housekeeping detail, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
- Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
