About the Role

The Houseperson is a supporting role to our housekeeping team, responsible for preparing units for cleaning, maintaining linen supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of our resort. You'll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare units for cleaning, including stripping and making beds, and delivering linen and amenities.
  • Maintain linen supplies, including sorting, folding, and collecting soiled linen.
  • Organize and clean department storage areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, and kitchen utensils.
  • Assist with cleaning as needed, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.


What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, and possess a positive and can-do attitude. A valid driver's license is also required.
