Supporting Excellence in Resort Housekeeping

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Houseperson to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our resort properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Units for Cleaning: Assist housekeepers in preparing units for cleaning upon guest departure, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
  • Linen Duties: Manage linen supplies, including receiving, sorting, folding, and collecting soiled linen.
  • Storage Area Maintenance: Organize, clean, and maintain department storage areas according to company standards.
  • Supply Delivery: Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
  • Trash Removal: Remove trash from units and floors, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with employees, guests, and owners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to follow instructions.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and professional appearance at all times.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, if applicable.
