Job Summary

UTMB Health is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist Resident to join our team. As an Audiologist Resident, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with hearing and balance difficulties under the supervision of a Certified Audiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with hearing and balance difficulties
  • Work under the supervision of a Certified Audiologist
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve hearing and balance outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Current enrollment in a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program
  • Eligible for Au.D. externship
  • Eligible for Intern license from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diverse practicum experience
  • Initiative and good communication skills
  • Desire to learn and good teamwork skills
