Key ResponsibilitiesAs an RN Supervisor, you will:
- Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee and direct the clinical operations of nursing units during your assigned shift, ensuring adherence to company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate staffing levels for safe, 24/7 nursing care, with a focus on minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
- Engage in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, mentorship, and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Applicants must possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program and current registered nurse licensure.
- A minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience.
- At least two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing, with one year in a supervisory or management role preferred.
