About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Door/Bell Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. As a Door/Bell Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Responsibilities
  • Greets guests upon arrival, opening car doors and welcoming them to the hotel
  • Assists guests with luggage, delivering it to their rooms and orienting them to the area
  • Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved, and provides transportation for guests as needed
  • Ensures a smooth departure process, handling any additional requests that may arise
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical mobility, with the ability to lift, walk, and bend
